Informácia:Naša spoločnosť sa stretáva s novými výzvami. Zmeny v bezpečnostnej situácii kladú stále vyššie požiadavky na zabezpečenie informačných systémov, súčasne by sa ale mali zobraziť vo výraznom posilnení spolupráce orgánov verejnej správy a v efektívnom prepojení informačných systémov. Objem dostupných dát výrazne rastie ako vo verejnej správe, ako aj mimo nej, najmä v sektore komunitných dát. Technologický a znalostný pokrok umožňuje spracovávať rozsiahle a neštruktúrované dáta, využívať potrebné informácie, hľadať nové netradičné spôsoby analýzy a interpretácie dát. Internet vecí si razí cestu do praktického života a inteligentné veci vyžadujú tiež múdre geoaplikácie.
