Essentials of Gynaecology

This book takes the life cycle approach to the science of gynaecology, and is divided into 3 distinct sections:-  general gynecology, reproductive endocrinology and assisted conception, and gynecologic oncology.  Within these sections particular attention is paid to crucial issues such as contraception and sub-fertility, STDs and pelvic diseases, menopause and cancer screening.

 All the contributors are experienced professionals, who provide a wealth of information as well as guidance concerning potential problems faced in day to day practice, and reference to the latest available technologies.

 “Essentials of Gynecology” can be used as a reference book for general practitioners and trainees in gynecology, and as a textbook for students, alongside the companion volume “Essentials of Obstetrics”.
